Security Deposit - A deposit of £1000 (cheque or cash) to be paid upon arrival. This deposit is to cover damage to the chalet or its contents. This deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 72 hours after your departure if no damage is found or extra cleaning is needed.
Payments
Can be made in GBP or Euro.
Booking Deposit
25% payable on booking. Final payment due 2 months before rental period.
Cancellations- free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check in
50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check in
All refunds negotiable if owner can re let the chalet in the case of a cancellation.
Owners Liability
The owner shall not be liable for:
Any defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the chalet.
Any loss, damage or injury which is a result of adverse weather conditions, riot, strikes or other matters beyond the owners control.
Client risk
Use of the chalet is entirely at client's risk and no liability shall fall upon the owners for injury or damage to, or loss of, belongings or property.
The owner recommends clients take out holiday insurance.
Owners cannot warranty against injury or other problems, particularly during the winter months with snow and ice and other hazards.
Legal domain
Contract governed in English Law. Any legal proceeding arising out of an issue with the terms and conditions relating to this rental will be brought in any Court or competent jurisdiction in England and Wales.
