Chalet au Tisserand is a much loved, luxury chalet in the gorgeous alpine resort of Les Gets. Les Gets is only an hour from Geneva so is the perfect resort for short or long breaks.
The chalet is situated the La Turche area of LG, which is arguably the best part of Les Gets for peace and quiet and early evening sun. The chalet has amazing far reaching veiws over Mont Caly, Mont Chery and Nantaux. La Turche also benefits from having a ski hire shop, a newly built ticket office, a private(to the resort) button lift, all 50-70 metres from the chalet, also a 6 man chairlift, giving access to the whole of the Portes Du Soleil ski area (650km) so there is no need to go into the village to access a lift thereby avoiding the crowds. There is a swimming lake nearby to cool off after summer activities.
The chalet sleeps 8-10 people. All bedrooms and living areas have stunning views. There is a covered loggia on part of the balcony with a neat wood pile and seating with a BBQ area. There is plenty of parking immediately outside the chalet. It is 8 minutes walk to the centre of the village or the free ski bus stops near by, which also link to the ski lifts.
The spacious kitchen/dining/sitting room has a wonderful traditional fireplace with plenty of seating, accommodating 10 people comfortably. There is a large sliding door that leads out on to the balcony to enjoy the views. The kitchen is well appointed with a coffee machine, oven and hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
The utility room has a washing machine, dryer, microwave and freezer. It also has boot warmers.
The chalet has Wifi, free view TV, DVD player with a choice of films, a Bluetooth speaker, with a selection of board games.
High quality towels and bed linen are provided.
